Delivery Information - Home Cinema Stands

Free Delivery*(subject to terms)

Free delivery applies only to mainland UK addresses except for mainland UK addresses in remote areas (eg: Scottish Highlands). We will notify you if your address is subject to an additional charge before your order is dispatched. For Northern Ireland and UK isles an additional charge will be made for delivery – contact us directly for a quote. On larger items, free delivery will only be to ground floor level and additional charges may be applied for deliveries to upper levels or for premises with access problems – call us for details.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is available on certain products. The product’s page will show you the earliest date available for delivery. To qualify for next day delivery you must place your order by 12pm. If you have any special delivery concerns please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Dated Delivery

In order to provide the most flexibility and convenience for your busy lifestyle, you may be able to choose the delivery date of your order. Delivery may be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm on the specified day. Due to the use of a large number of external courier services and certain unpredictable factors we cannot guarantee the delivery date and compensation will not be offered as a result, but we will always contact you if your delivery date needs to be changed – luckily, this rarely happens.

Larger Items/Built to Order

Larger items are often made to order. We generally estimate a 30-45 day period for delivery of these items, but we often manage to get them to you sooner.

AM and Saturday Delivery

For an additional cost of £15 we can deliver between 8am and 1pm. For an additional £25 we can deliver on a Saturday. Please note that these charges are in addition to any extra charges applied for delivery to upper storey locations or to premises with access problems.

Upon Delivery (Faulty goods, Missing parts, Breakages)

Check the box properly before signing for you product. If a product arrives broken you can refuse delivery, or accept delivery, but sign that it was received damaged. You have 24 hours from receipt of your product to inform us about breakage or missing parts. After this period, neither Home Cinema Stands nor our couriers will accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
