14-day no-quibble returns policy!

As part of our ‘No Hidden Costs’ and ‘Straight Up Approach’, you may return any product* purchased from us within 14 days (10 working days) for whatever reason, and receive a full refund.

All we ask is that you return the product in an unused condition, in its original, undamaged packaging and with a receipt. You will be liable to pay for shipping charges to return the item to us. To arrange a return please get in contact to us.

* Our Cancellation & Returns policy is available on all products that are not customised or built to order. Note that all Spectral and Futureglass products and most Custom Design products are built to order – in these cases we may, at our discretion, offer a part-exchange or refund. Shipping costs for returning customised and built-to-order items will be higher and will be discussed at the time.
